Family History of Sudden Cardiac Death

Family History of Sudden Cardiac Death

Cardiac rhythm disorders are often genetic.  The key to prevention of sudden cardiac death is recognition of "The Warning Signs" and early medical intervention.

If your family has experienced a sudden unexplained death of an otherwise healthy person, then you may want to use this template to notify other family members that this death was possibly the result of an undiagnosed cardiac rhythm disorder...and possibly genetic in nature.
